Limited Warranty
Limited Service & Installation Warranty
Active Overhead Doors Ltd. provides a one (1) year limited, non-transferable warranty on parts only supplied and installed by the Company. This warranty covers defects in Company-supplied parts under normal residential or commercial use and applies solely to the original purchaser.
Labour is not covered under this warranty. Any labour required for diagnosis, removal, reinstallation, or service is billable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are separate and governed by the manufacturer’s terms.
Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, misuse, accidental damage, environmental conditions, severe weather, electrical issues, pre-existing conditions, or any alterations or repairs performed by unauthorized third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Active Overhead Doors Ltd.’s liability is limited to the replacement of defective parts only and shall not exceed the amount paid for the original service.
